By using our services, dropping off a garment, or providing your phone number to receive text updates, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our Services
Ana Alteration provides clothing alteration and tailoring services. Pricing, turnaround times, and order details are communicated at the time of drop-off and may vary by garment and service requested.
2. Order Pickup & Liability
Please retain your order receipt or confirmation number. We are not responsible for garments left unclaimed beyond a reasonable period following completion; please contact us if you're unable to pick up your order within the expected timeframe.
3. SMS Terms & Conditions
This section describes the text messaging ("SMS") program offered by Ana Alteration and applies to anyone who opts in to receive text messages from us.
Program description
Ana Alteration Order Ready Alerts sends a text message to customers who have opted in, notifying them when their alteration order is ready for pickup. We do not send promotional or marketing messages through this program.
How to opt in
You opt in by voluntarily providing your mobile phone number to Ana Alteration staff at the time of drop-off and confirming you would like to receive order status updates by text. Opting in is never required to use our alteration services.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your orders. You should typically expect no more than one message per order.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile carrier and plan. Ana Alteration does not charge for text messages sent through this program.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive one final confirmation message. To resubscribe, simply provide your number again at your next drop-off. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us directly at ana.alteration@gmail.com or (407) 715-4046.
Carrier disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We support most major U.S. mobile carriers, but message delivery is not guaranteed for every device or carrier.
Privacy
Your phone number and any information collected through this program are used solely to send order status updates and are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
